1Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

Registering multiple accounts using the same or different personal information is strictly prohibited. cekgu88 reserves the right to suspend or terminate all accounts found to be in violation of this rule, and the balances across all related accounts may be forfeited.
2.3 Information Accuracy
You are solely responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date. cekgu88 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time, and failure to provide valid documents may result in account suspension until verification is complete.
Warning: Providing false or misleading information during registration is a serious breach of these Terms. Accounts found to be using false identities will be terminated immediately and account balances will be forfeited.
3Identity Verification (KYC)
As a platform that complies with anti-money laundering (AML) procedures, cekgu88 carries out an identity verification (Know Your Customer/KYC) process for all members. This process protects all users and ensures the platform is not misused for illegal activities.
3.1 Required Documents
- Valid Malaysian National Identity Card (MyKad) or Passport.
- Proof of current address (utility bill or bank statement dated within the last 3 months).
- Proof of ownership of the registered payment method (if required).
3.2 When KYC Is Required
KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal. cekgu88 also reserves the right to request KYC verification at any time when there are security requirements, including when cumulative transaction amounts reach a certain threshold.

4Deposit and Withdrawal Policy
4.1 Deposit
The minimum deposit is RM10 for all payment methods. All deposits must be made using a payment method in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted and may result in your account being suspended pending investigation.
Cekgu88 accepts deposits via FPX online banking, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, and USDT (TRC20/ERC20). No fees are charged by cekgu88 for any deposit, though payment providers may apply their own network fees for crypto transactions.
4.2 Withdrawal
All withdrawals are processed within 1–3 business days after the request is received and KYC verification is complete. The minimum withdrawal is RM30. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method and under the same name as your cekgu88 account.
Cekgu88 reserves the right to request additional supporting documents for any withdrawal exceeding RM10,000 per transaction or RM50,000 per month as part of our AML compliance procedures.
5Bonus and Promotion Rules
All bonuses, promotions, and special offers provided by cekgu88 are subject to their own specific terms and conditions, in addition to these general terms. In the event of a conflict between specific promotion terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall take precedence.
5.1 Wagering Requirement

- Cancellation of the related bonus and wins.
- Account suspension or termination.
- Forfeiture of account balance if fraud is found to have occurred.
Reminder: cekgu88 uses an advanced automated detection system to identify unusual betting patterns or bonus abuse. All cekgu88 decisions regarding bonus abuse are final.
6User Responsibilities and Conduct
You agree to use the cekgu88 platform solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Users are prohibited from engaging in the following activities on the cekgu88 platform:
- Using any software, bot, or automated system to gain an unfair advantage.
- Manipulating games or exploiting any technical bugs for personal gain.
- Communicating in a manner that is abusive, threatening, or harassing toward other users or cekgu88 staff.
- Engaging in any fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal activities through the platform.
- Sharing account login credentials with any third party.
- Using a VPN or any other method to conceal your actual location.
Cekgu88 reserves the right to take immediate action, including account suspension or termination without prior notice, should any of the above prohibitions be violated.
7Account Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your account login credentials confidential, including your password and two-factor authentication (2FA) code. cekgu88 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the disclosure of your login details to any third party.
You must notify cekgu88 immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorization. The cekgu88 support team, available 24/7, will assist you in securing your account as quickly as possible.
8Account Suspension and Termination
8.1 Termination by User
You may close your cekgu88 account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Prior to closure, all valid balances that meet withdrawal requirements will be processed in accordance with the standard withdrawal procedure.
8.2 Suspension by cekgu88
Cekgu88 reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user account for the following reasons, including but not limited to:
- Violation of any provision within these Terms.
- Suspected fraud, money laundering, or illegal activity.
- Failure to complete KYC verification requirements within the specified timeframe.
- A court order or directive from the relevant authorities exists.
- Any conduct deemed harmful to other users or the cekgu88 platform.
9Liability Limit
Cekgu88 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our platform, including financial losses from betting activities. Users acknowledge that all betting activities are subject to risk and cekgu88 does not guarantee any game outcomes.

10Governing Law
